Scones Only made in our kitchen, our scones aren't your typical scone. First, coffee is optional. These scones are not so dry that you need coffee to re-hydrate your mouth. Second, well, they're just freakin' good!	$2.25

Breads

Our breads are made daily in our bakery. Baking at 7500 feet adds to the challenge, but also gives you one of the softest, most moist, and tastiest loaf of bread that you can find. Our loaves come in 10" loaves unless otherwise specified

Sourdough Our sourdough uses a starter that's approaching 80 years of age. Using this starter in our sourdough bread leads to a bread with a great sour nip along with great flavor.	$4.75
Sourdough Wheat Take the great taste of sourdough, add wheat flour, knead, and create some magic, and you'll end up with our wheat.	$5.25
Rye A wonderful rich rye, complete with carraway seeds. Available in light and dark varities. Due to space limitations, we bake by special order only.	$5.75
Pumpernickel Just like grandma used to make! A deep and earthy dark sweet bread. Due to space limitations, we bake by special order only.	$5.75
Volkenbrot A classic seven-grain German bread. As we say around here, this bread has all the things the doctor wants you to eat, but taste bad by themselves. By putting them together into one loaf, a wonderful sweetness emerges. Due to space limitations, we bake by special order only.	$5.75
Dinner Rolls Any of the bread types above can be made into dinner rolls. The rolls are saucer-sized for your hearty appetite. Pricing on these rolls are as follows: for a full dozen, add $1.00 to the cost of the bread listed above. For 1/2 dozen, add the dollar and then divide by two. French Breads Crisp on the outside, soft and doughy on the inside. Absolutely wonderful! If you're needing garlic toast for your dinner, we can add our exclusive gourmet garlic parmesan butter to the loaf for an additional $1. Due to space limitations, we bake by special order only.	$4.75

From wedding cakes to birthday cakes, single-serving to a hundred, we can help you with whatever your need may be. We have made german chocolate, white cake with raspberry filling, carrot cake (our specialty!), and much more! Our prices vary depending on the ingredients you wish.
